A native of South Florida, Brittany Wells-Arrington has called Coastal Virginia home for the past nine years after relocating to Virginia Beach during her 16 years of Active-Duty Navy service. Having personally experienced the challenges of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves, she understands the stress that comes with relocation and is passionate about making the process as seamless as possible for her clients.
With over three years of sales experience as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor, Brittany developed strong negotiation, communication, and client service skills—tools she now uses to secure the best outcomes for buyers and sellers alike. Her background as a facilitator further enhanced her ability to educate, guide, and support clients every step of the way. Known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude, Brittany’s top priority is ensuring her clients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their real estate journey.
Brittany holds a Master of Business Administration from Regent University, equipping her with the expertise to craft and implement effective marketing and sales strategies tailored to each client. Combined with her in-depth knowledge of the local market and experience with new construction, she makes buying, selling, or building a home an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
Outside of real estate, Brittany is the founder and executive director of Kelsey’s Women in Sports Leadership Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering girl athletes throughout the 757. She enjoys all things baseball, especially traveling to stadiums and collecting baseballs—along with pickleball, reading, movies, gaming, and spending quality time with her family.
She is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, Hampton Roads Realtors Association, and Albemarle Area Association of Realtors, and holds certification as a Military Relocation Specialist.
