Mary A. Pierce is a native of Newport News, Virginia and brings many rich experiences. Her diverse background encompasses over 15 years of compliance, behavioral health and business experience which has left her with invaluable knowledge for which she is truly grateful. Mary earned a Master of Business of Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is also a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and Qualified Intellectual Developmental Disability (QIDP) professional with the board of counseling. Mary desires to utilize her education and skills to have an impact in serving her community to educate and serve others. She hopes to raise awareness by strengthening community relationships, education, and advocacy for those unable to have their voices heard. Mary believes that helping others obtain necessary treatment and life skills are conducive to maintaining stability and sets a foundation for success. In this new journey, Mary will continue to lead with excellence as she endeavors to assist her clients with their real estate needs. Customer service is the core of her philosophy.
