Originally from the small twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago, Cavelle migrated to Boston, MA in 2001 at which time he enlisted in the US Navy and was stationed in the Hampton Roads area. Following his service aboard the USS Nassau-LHA 4 from 2001-2005, he then pursued his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Marketing at ODU where he graduated in May 2009. Cavelle obtained his real estate license in 2010 and has built a successful career as an individual sales agent, and then as a team leader, which ultimately lead him to opening the doors of his very own full-service Real Estate brokerage, ONYX Realty Professionals. Within the Real Estate industry, Cavelle is a member of the Virginia Real Estate Board (DPOR) and a Director of the Real Estate Information Network (REIN). He is passionate about investing and pouring back into the community. He serves as the treasurer of the Caribbean People Organization (CPO), which focuses on raising awareness for domestic violence and organizes numerous charity events. Their largest and most known/signature event being The Virginia Beach Caribbean Jerk Festival. Cavelle also serves as a board member to the Minority Business Council (MBC) which facilitates an environment of business opportunities, focusing on increasing expenditures to minority and women-owned businesses as a means to further the City’s economic development and vitality. He’s also on the board of The Up Center, a local non-profit organization that’s been around for more than 100 years. They are committed to partnering with children, families & communities to improve lives and outcomes through prevention, intervention and support services. In addition to all of that and most importantly, Cavelle is a dedicated husband and father of 5 beautiful children

Ray Lecky is originally from Jamaica and has spent the last 9 years in the Hampton Roads area. He has served 2 deployments in the U.S. Military. Following those deployments, Ray entered into the Real Estate business and has been active in the industry for the last 5 years. With the honor, courage, and commitment instilled by the Military; he now applies those values in helping you purchase, sell, rent or invest in the Hampton Roads area. He has the courage to go above and beyond your expectations to lend a helping hand in your Real Estate journey.
